| 14 Days approval We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our website. We will supply a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) on any item returned unspoiled within 14 days. Alternatively you may simply exchange the item with additional costs covered by yourself. Postal charges UK only (excludes Highlands & Islands & northern ireland where additional costs may occur) - To cover the cost of postage and packing, our system will add £4.95 for orders required in 2-4 working days or £7.95 for orders required the next day. You specify which shipping method you require during the order process. Goods are dispatched Monday - Friday Payment by MasterCard ,Visa credit/debit, Switch or Maestro can be made over the phone or via the website through our secure server. Please have your card number, expiry date and in the case of Switch, issue number, to hand when calling. Overseas orders Goods can be supplied to international destinations, please follow the pricing bands within the site. Postage is charged at postal rate. VAT may be deducted on all orders to non-EC countries by removing 17.5% from the price of each product. We will be happy to quote specific prices in order to ensure that the correct amount is sent. Returns, exchanges and complaints Goods becoming damaged, in your opinion through defective materials or poor workmanship, should be returned for inspection immediately. In some cases, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for testing, this can take up to 28 days. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as it will be deemed that you have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Postage fees will be reimbursed for justified damages. Any goods damaged on arrival must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. Orders of non stock items, special orders or made to measure purchases will be non refundable. Saddles Will be liable to a £25.00 restocking fee and must be in original condition. Please Contact the shop on 0191 4774630 to inform them that you will be sending goods back and a covering letter. Please ensure that Proof of posting is obtained. Delivery If goods are in stock, despatch is the same day (if received before 3pm), but under exceptional circumstances or demand, please allow up to 28 days. Price Changes & VAT Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on this website, but this is not always possible.
